Jacob’s Pillow Appoints Ygor Lobo as Associate Director of Human Resources

Tom O’Connor Consulting Group (TOCG) is pleased to announce that Ygor Lobo (he/him) has been appointed Associate Director of Human Resources by Jacob’s Pillow (Pamela Tatge, Executive & Artistic Director; AJ Pietrantone, Deputy Director) in Becket, Massachusetts, following our extensive search led by Dr. Edie Demas, TOCG’s Vice President of Organizational Strategy.

Ygor Lobo most recently served as Human Resources Manager at New York Theatre Workshop. Previously to NYTW, Ygor served as a senior member of the HR team at the Police Athletic League of New York. Ygor brings a human centered approach to HR combined with a focus on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA), healthy workplace cultures, recruitment and retention, and professional development.
